Project Description

Started as a management company and concert agency in 1974, the German owner run Wintrup, with offices in Berlin and Detmold, turned nowadays into a leading independent music publisher.

 

Modern and agile, Wintrup holds a large music catalogue, both original published and sub-published. Among the highlights of their catalogues there are hit songs such as “Unchained Melody” by The Righteous Brothers, “I Wish” by Skee-Lo, Childish Gambino’s “Redbone” Fatboys Slim’s “Weapon of Choice” or Julie Gold’s “From A Distance” – all part of the Modern Works catalogue from the USA, via Wintrup.

 

The original published catalogues include many songs by artists such as Guano Apes, Helloween, Krokus, Gamma Ray or Grave Digger, while the sub-published catalogues include many songs from artists such as David Guetta (including his colloborations with Justin Bieber, Sia, Nicki Minaj, LMFAO, Sam Martin,etc), Kelly Rowland, John Legend, Gun’s’Roses, Janet Jacskon, Toni Braxton, 2 Pac, LL Cool J, Herbie Hancock, Bootsy Collins, Shakespear’s Sister, Bananarama or Ricky Martin and a lot more!
